HVT-320TS table type skin packaging vacuum sealer is a packaging machine specially designed for tray-type vacuum skin-packaging. It is mainly composed of a chassis, a film releasing mechanism (composed of a film rack, a film rolling roller and a film moving roller),an upper and lower vacuum chamber, a mold, a heating temperature control system and an electrical automatic control system.
Working principle
Put the packaging tray in the lower vacuum chamber of the machine, pull the roll film,and cover the upper vacuum chamber. Under the control of the PLC, the machine first pumps out the air in the upper vacuum chamber, heats the film, and then pumps out the airin the lower vacuum chamber to complete the skin packaging process.
Application field
Vacuum gas-flushing packaging is a novel food packaging technology, widely usedinthe international food packaging industry, mainly used for the packaging of fresh meat, fish,aquatic products, cooked meat products, cured products, sliced sausages and sushi. The food is not only good in display after vacuum gas-flushing packaging, but also has along lifetime and is easy to eat.
