The HL-202 model is a version of a semi-automatic strapping machine with a closed table. The reel with tape is installed inside the machine, therefore it is protected from dust and debris. Such a design is optimally adapted for work in rooms with a high level of dustiness.
The strapping machine has found application in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries, in trade, public catering, warehouses, in logistics and forwarding companies, carrier companies, post offices and other areas closely related to the packaging of goods by strapping.
The machine is designed for strapping small and medium-sized items with polypropylene (PP) tape. It can be used for both individual and group packaging of goods. The width of the tape can be adjusted by the operator in the range from 6 to 14 mm. The free end of the tape is fed into the device, the machine itself creates the required tension and welds the tape.
Most stages of the strapping cycle are performed automatically, the operator only needs to place the free end of the tape in the device and wrap the tape around the load. The tape tension is adjustable, the adjustment range is 0-50 kg. After wrapping, the machine automatically fastens and cuts the tape. The ends of the tape are fastened by heat welding (or vibration welding).
When setting the tension, the operator must take into account the parameters of the object. If it is packed in a box made of soft cardboard or is a fragile, easily damaged load, then the film tension force should be minimal. If, on the contrary, it is necessary to group several items more tightly in one package, then the film tension can be higher.
