KZ-19A is another model in the KZ series of manual battery-powered strapping machines from the Hualian plant. The strapping tool of the series is highly mobile and easy to use due to its compact design and autonomous battery power. Therefore, it does not require a connection to the power grid to operate. The model can work both indoors and outdoors.
The main areas of application of the KZ-19A strapping tool are industrial facilities, logistics, and cargo transportation. It is used for strapping goods and cargo, including on pallets. Thanks to its ergonomic manual design, it copes well with horizontal and vertical strapping of large-sized and non-standard cargo.
Polyester or polypropylene tape with a width of 16-19 mm is used for strapping. The ends of the tape are welded by friction and cut off. This method of fastening the strapping tape does not require the use of metal staples.
Features
powered by two 14 V/4.0 Amp/hour batteries. One charge is designed for approximately 400 strapping cycles;
durable housing made of high-quality plastic;
tape tension adjustment – mechanical, range 400-5000 N;
high-quality, reliable welding of the ends of the tape, the welding efficiency reaches 80-90%.
Also, all strapping machines of the series have an increased working resource and demonstrate reliable operation even under intensive operational loads.
The delivery set includes two batteries and a charger.
