The motor uses the RV motor from the well-known brand of San Kai Transmission. The RV motor operates through a turbine and worm gear transmission, and its advantages lie in more stable machine operation, faster speed, the ability to reach 10-60 packages per minute, simple maintenance, and low noise. On this basis, we have also added the Taiwan Shilin variable frequency reducer. The variable frequency reducer can be adjusted to 10 packages per minute at the lowest and 110 packages per minute at the highest.
The entire machine is made of stainless steel. The parts in contact with food are manufactured using 304 stainless steel material, which complies with QS and pharmaceutical GMP hygiene requirements.
It is controlled by a microcomputer, which processes and sets based on an input signal. It can complete the synchronous operation of the machine, positioning, automatic tracking of the cursor, automatic diagnosis of faults, and display on the screen.
A series of actions such as bag making, material measurement, filling, counting, sealing, feeding, limited stop, packaging separation, and cutting are all automatically completed.
