Product Overview
This model is suitable for sealing and packaging various capsules, tablets, injections or aluminum plastic, paper plastic or aluminum blisters of candy, jam, etc. The traditional flat blister packaging machine has always had the following disadvantages:
- The molding, heat sealing, indentation, stamping and other institutions adopt landing support, which cannot be sealed between institutions. During the operation of the machine, the capsules and other packaged materials can easily fall into the gaps of each mechanism, or even fall into the cam box, which is not easy to clean.
- The molds installed in the above institutions do not have an accurate positioning device, resulting in inaccurate mold positioning and inconvenient adjustment; four posts are installed around the mold, the loading and removal space of the mold is very local, and it is inconvenient to replace the mold.
- The main motor deceleration box is located at the lower end of the charging panel and is installed in a closed Shaanxi small space, which is very inconvenient to maintain.
