Operating Principle
The main units of the machine: dough feeding, minced meat feeding, dumpling formation. During operation, the finished dough is loaded into the hopper and fed to the outlet using an auger, forming a continuous dough tube. At the same time, the minced meat fills the dough tube under the action of a two-stage vane pump. At the last stage, a molding drum with figured cutouts rolls along this stuffed tube. To prevent the dough from sticking to the molding drum, it has a Teflon coating and automatically sprinkles flour on the dough streams.
