Application:
This machine consists of a mixing cylinder, frame, rotating device, and electrical control components. It is also currently one of the most widely used types of mixing equipment.
The rotating device uses a WPA reducer, located inside the upper frame. During operation, the motor drives the reducer through a pulley, which then drives the drive shaft to rotate the material drum via a sprocket and chain.
The electrical control buttons and indicator lights are mounted on the side of the frame, making it easy to operate the start, reverse start, stop, and jog control switches.
Features:
The cylinder of the mixer is connected to the drive shaft. When the transmission device is activated, the mixing cylinder rotates, and the materials inside the cylinder also roll up and down. At the same time, due to the conical structure of the mixing cylinder, the materials are forced to move laterally during the up and down movement, repeatedly colliding with each other, resulting in uniform mixing of the materials.
The mixer is suitable for mixing powders with similar particle sizes and bulk densities. It can be equipped with forced deflection control plates in the mixing chamber to enhance the mixing effect and expand the range of applications.
The discharge uses a vacuum butterfly valve, which is easy to operate, allows for controlled discharge volume, and is dust-free
The electrical control box is well-sealed, dust-proof and moisture-proof, enhancing the safety performance and service life of electrical control, with easy and convenient setup and operation.
The body of this device is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a bracket wrapped in stainless steel. Both the inside and outside have undergone precise polishing treatment, making the surface smooth and easy to clean, with no dead angles, meeting usage requirements.
