It should be noted the high build quality and functionality of the DZ series devices, despite the fact that they belong to the budget price segment. Modified gas environment (MGS) is a method of storing and packaging products separate from the vacuum environment. It involves replacing the air in the package with a special mixture of inert gases, usually nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. This environment acts as a kind of barrier that slows down the oxidation processes in the product. This helps to preserve its freshness and attractive appearance for a longer time than just in a vacuum.
The length of the sealing bar in this model is 500 mm, the sealing width is 10 mm. Each chamber has 2 sealing bars parallel to each other. The standard sealing system can be replaced with a double thin seam sealing of 3×2 mm (upon customer request).
A convenient mobile design on wheels allows, despite its dimensions, to easily move the packer.
Advantages
- a mobile design on wheels for easy movement;
- two spacious working chambers with a flip-over slider lid;
- two vacuum pumps with a capacity of 20 m³ /hour each. The pumps are independent of each other, so if one of the pumps fails, the device can be operated with one pump (just with lower vacuum performance);
- a simple, intuitive electronic control panel, easy for the operator to adjust;
- a long service life, designed for intensive industrial loads.
Date stamping in one line in the package seam using the extrusion method.
