The floor-standing vacuum packer HVC-820S/2B-G is designed for vacuum and gas packaging of various food and non-food products. It represents a patented series of high-quality HVC vacuum packaging machines manufactured by Hualian Machinery. The device meets European quality standards and has the appropriate certificate. The packer is made entirely of stainless steel and is equipped with a gas filling (gasification) function. This is the largest model among Chinese two-chamber vacuum packaging machines. The chamber has a flat work table, which significantly simplifies washing and makes it more convenient to remove large, heavy packages. The presence of two working chambers allows you to optimize the packaging process: while vacuumization (gasification) and sealing is in progress in one chamber, the operator prepares the next batch for packaging in the other.
As standard, the device is equipped with a powerful vacuum pump with a capacity of 100 cubic meters/hour. At the customer’s request, it can be replaced with a BUSCH pump made in Germany (pumps of this brand are considered the best in terms of quality, reliability and durability).
Each chamber is equipped with two 820 mm long sealing bars. Optionally, it is possible to perform sealing with a double thin seam of 3 mm (like Dutch vacuum packers).
Other additional options: installation of a protective dust filter (when using the machine for packing bulk and powder products), automatic lid closing, trimming of package residues, an increased number of gas nozzles, etc.
The parameters of vacuumization, gasification and sealing are adjusted by mechanical relays on the control panel. The machine is equipped with a vacuum gauge and an emergency stop button.
A set of spare parts necessary for initial maintenance is supplied with the machine, in the future, consumables and spare parts can always be purchased from stock.
