The HVC-720S/2B-G vacuum packer is a two-chamber floor model of the HVC series of vacuum packaging machines from Hualian Machinery. The HVC series was specially developed and patented by the plant to protect against copying and unfair competition. HVC equipment meets European quality standards, as confirmed by the corresponding certificate. The device has two spacious working chambers and is equipped with a gas filling (gasification) option. Only a few manufacturers of vacuum packaging equipment have models with such dimensions in their range, since the production of this type of equipment requires a serious material and technical base.
The HVC-720S/2B-G vacuum packaging machine is designed for industrial use in medium and large-scale production. It can be used for packaging food and non-food products in a vacuum and gas environment. In the basic configuration, the device is equipped with an industrial-type vacuum pump with a capacity of 63 cubic meters / hour. Optionally, the productivity can be increased to 100 cubic meters per hour, and a pump from the German company BUSCH can also be equipped.
The vacuum packer HVC-720S/2B-G is an analogue of the HVC-720S/2A-G model, the main difference is in the different design of the chamber, in the HVC-720S/2B-G model it is absolutely flat, which significantly simplifies the cleaning process and allows you to easily remove heavy packages “by dragging”. The presence of two working chambers significantly speeds up the packaging process. The flip lid is equipped with a double flip mechanism, which ensures its tight fit to the chamber and easy movement between them. It is possible to retrofit the vacuum packer with an automatic lid closing option.
In the standard version, the vacuum packer is equipped with sealing bars 720 mm long (2 for each chamber), the distance between the bars is 530 mm, the width of the sealing seam is 10 mm. At the customer’s option, the machine can be equipped with a double thin seam sealing option (3 mm) and trimming with the possibility of separate adjustment.
When using the machine for packaging bulk, powder and other dust-forming products, it is recommended to additionally install a protective filter.
The operating modes are adjusted using a convenient mechanical control panel. The operator can adjust the sealing time and power, vacuumization time and gas extraction.
