The vacuum packer HVC-720S/2A-G is one of the most capacious models of the patented HVC series and, in general, among all two-chamber vacuum packers from Chinese manufacturers. It is characterized by high efficiency and productivity, is equipped with a gas filling (gasification) function and is intended for industrial use, the deepened shape of the chamber is optimal for packing large products.
The equipment is completely made of high-quality stainless steel grade SUS304. The standard package is equipped with a vacuum pump with a capacity of 63 cubic meters/hour. Optionally, the capacity can be increased to 100 cubic meters/hour, it is also possible to replace the standard pump with a German BUSCH pump.
Two working chambers significantly speed up the packaging process – while the vacuumization and sealing process is carried out in one chamber, the operator has the opportunity to place the next batch of packages in the other. The flip lid is equipped with a special double flip mechanism, which ensures smooth running and opening/closing. The device is easy to move in space thanks to the movable wheels.
The standard machine has sealing bars 720 mm long with a sealing width of 10 mm, which ensures a reliable hermetic seam. At the customer’s request, the manufacturer can offer sealing with a double thin seam (3 mm wide). Additional options: trimming with separate heating control, installing an additional protective filter, automatic lowering of the lid, increasing the number of gas nozzles on the bar.
The operating modes are adjusted using a reliable mechanical control panel. Adjustable parameters: sealing time and power, vacuumization and gas extraction time. There is also an emergency stop button on the front panel
