Without electricity, the characters or letters to be printed are very easy to arrange by simply attaching the grooved rubber characters (Flex) to the grooved o-ring rings. The ink system consists of a refillable ink cartridge, which can be used for both porous and non-porous surfaces.
As the cardboard passes in front of the coder, the printer and stereo/foam rolls are automatically inked & printed on the cardboard substrate in one action.
When the carton has passed, the print head automatically rotates back to the zero position due to spring action and is ready for the next print which will start from the same position.
This Carton Coder Machine is very suitable to be installed on Carton Sealer Machines, Conveyor / Taping Machines to provide on-line codes / information on Box / Carton Packages such as production codes, Expiry dates or expiration date codes.
