Overview
BT-200L Series 3-Dimensional Packaging Machine is widely applicable
for the packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetics, health products being able to be connected with other assembly line saving labor cost and promoting productivity.
Operation
Equipped with PLC controller invented by SIMENSE, the machine is able to shut down automatically and show the cause when fault happens during its operation. This set of machines can be used independently and can also be attached to other equipment forming a production Line.
Safety
The machine is equipped with over-loading protection function, once mis-operation occurs it will shut down automatically. Also, it will alarm when the operation is beyond or below the value preinstalled. Urgent shot-down buttons are set in various places.
Reliability
Main operating components are monitored by varies of photoelectric controllers and all are controlled by PLC controller. The machine is fully reliable in saving labor, ensuring the quality, and improving the efficiency as well.
Operation Instruction
In total 3 people are needed to operate the machine – one for monitoring and feeding empty cartons, others two for product packing. Operators must be professional in machines, electronics and be responsible for the ordinary maintenance.
Scales：
BT-2000L is applicable for mass production but not applicable for the packaging of products of different scales at the same time. If there are various products of similar scales to apply, it should be with the capability of the machine. Accessories including conveyer, feeding path, panel, folding knifes are all adjustable by doing so waving the screw. For a distinct scale of product to apply, the adjustment of the machine would cost around 30 minutes.
Speed Setting：
Approx. 40-80 packages per minute, depends on the scales.
