The BSF-5640LV thermal knife represents a series of automatic high-speed knives. The sealing and cutting process is performed fully automatically. The model has a wide range of applications and can be used for packaging a wide variety of products – food, stationery, souvenirs, books, clothing, cosmetics and other product groups. Individual and group packaging is possible. A distinctive feature of this particular device is the ability to work on PE material. The maximum thickness of polyethylene film is 60 microns. It can also be used for POF film. The knives for working on these materials are different and require replacement of the entire sealing unit by highly qualified personnel when switching from one material to another. If frequent switching from one film to another is expected, it is recommended to purchase separate devices for different technological tasks. The heat-shrink knife performs the functions of forming a package from a half-sleeve, sealing with simultaneous cutting along the seam.
