BSF-5545LC automatic L seal cutting machine is a fully automatic unmanned L seal cutter, widely used for high-efficiency batch production. The machine is equipped with automatic film feeding & perforating device and adjustable product feeding conveying table to meet different requirements of different products. BSF-5545LC has a tight locking device which is specially designed for packing small products.
Features:
1. Adopt aluminum alloy cutter with thermostable and non-stick DUPONT Teflon coating to ensure good sealing without cracking, coking or any smoke pollution.
2. The film feeding length is controlled and adjusted by magic eye and counter. There is an inductive motor for automatic collection of waste film.
3. Equipped with two sets of imported photocells, one is used for horizontal detection, the other for vertical detection, which are easy to replace. The machine can achieve the packaging work easily even for thin and small packages.
4. Adopt digital temperature controller with PID function. The sealing temperature is very sensitive and accurate, which can be set as desired. The cutter itself has automatic protection function to avoid wrong cutting.
5. Easy size changeover. No need to change any mold or bag making device.
6. The equipment can be used to pack different sizes of products together for sales promotion
7. There is an organic glass safety cover with alarm function around the sealing & cutting part of this machine to ensure the safety of operators.
8. The machine can be connected with production line to perform unmanned operation.
