BSF-9060LG represents a series of automatic equipment for sealing and cutting heat-shrinkable film, which has proven itself well in the packaging equipment market. Distinctive features of the series are high quality cutting and sealing, reliability, ease of operation and maintenance.
The BSF-9060LG device is based on the popular BSF-5640LG model, but has increased dimensions, and is intended for packaging larger products: length up to 700 mm, height up to 150 mm, width + height up to 630 mm. The knife simultaneously performs the functions of sealing and cutting.
The L-shaped knife ensures maximum quality and reliability of the sealing seam, without holes and irregularities.
A modern electronic control system based on a PLC controller guarantees precise adjustment of operating modes in accordance with the specifics of the packaged goods and the film used.
The design of the device includes:
L-shaped knife;
adjustable belt conveyor;
discharge roller table.
Please note that the air compressor is not included in the basic delivery set and is purchased separately.
The packaging process is as follows:
the goods are fed to the working area along the conveyor;
in the forming area, sealing and trimming of excess film is carried out;
then, depending on the packaging line, the goods in already formed packaging enter the shrink tunnel for shrinkage, or directly to the discharge conveyor.
