Another modification of the vertical filling and packaging machine DXDG-200 NEW is designed for packaging in a flat 3-seam package of well-flowing liquid and pasty products. When packaging, a notch is put on the package for easy opening of the package.
The machine works with various types of heat-sealable films, including combined and multilayer ones. The film width is 100 mm.
The dosing volume in this model is 5-50 ml. There are modifications with dosing of 3-30 ml, 5-50 ml and 20-200 ml. The device is distinguished by high dosing accuracy – the error is no more than 1% of the specified volume.
Productivity – 15-25 doses per minute. The dispenser type is piston, the dose is determined by the piston stroke. The piston drive is driven by a pneumatic cylinder, so a compressor is additionally required for the operation of the device (not included in the basic delivery set, purchased separately).
The main area of application is small-portion packaging of well-flowing pasty products and liquids. In food production it is used for packaging sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. In the perfume and chemical industries – for packaging creams, gels, shampoos, liquid cleaning and washing agents and other similar products.
The body and all units in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel. The dosed product is fed through a feed hopper.
Control – electronic, based on a PLC controller.
Available additional options:
- date stamping (date stamp on thermal ink or stamping in the seam with steel letters);
- hopper heating;
- vertical or horizontal mixer.
