DXDF-500MA is designed for packaging a variety of products based on previous models, but with a distinctive feature in bag formation. All machines in this series feature a gusseting function, or side lining, for the bag. These machines handle various heat-sealable composite materials, such as paper/PE, cellophane/PE, aluminum foil/PE, BOPP/PE, and nylon/PE. Machine configurations are customized based on customer requirements.
This filling and packaging machine is designed for packaging highly dusty products. A distinctive feature of this model is its unique bag formation system: the finished bag is pulled through and sealed by accompanying transverse jaws. The finished bag has a flat bottom (lining). The product is dispensed using a screw dispenser, with a dosing range of 100-500 ml. This machine is ideal for packaging powdered milk, baby food, spices, and various food additives.
