High-speed laser coding equipment is the fourth generation of our high-speed laser printing system, using integrated, modular design, standardized manufacturing, set miniaturization, high flexibility, high speed, user-friendly operation and use in one, greatly improving the comprehensive ability of products. The fiber laser coding machine uses ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber as the laser medium, so that the high-power fiber laser can get the beam output close to the diffraction limit, and uses the fiber laser as the base film output, the focused spot diameter of 10 microns, and then the computer controls the deflection of the high-speed scanning mirror to change the laser beam path to achieve automatic marking. Laser inkjet is not forced, non-contact, almost no impact on the quality of the product, after the inkjet out, the texture of the font is stronger.
