Features
- The machine adopts RV motor from listed brand Sankai Transmission. The RV motor features worm and worm gear transmission speed regulation, with the advantages of stable operation, higher speed, low noise and easy maintenance. The machine output reaches 45–50 bags per minute under standard operation. Meanwhile, we equip Shilin Taiwan frequency conversion reducer, which allows adjustable speed ranging from 10 bags per minute (minimum) to 110 bags per minute (maximum).
- The whole machine is made of stainless steel. All parts in contact with food are manufactured with 304 stainless steel, complying with QS food safety standards and pharmaceutical GMP hygiene requirements.
- Adopted microcomputer control system. With induction signal processing and parameter setting by microcomputer, it realizes full-machine functions including synchronous bag length compensation, positioning, automatic color mark tracking, as well as automatic fault diagnosis and display on screen.
- The machine automatically completes a full process including bag forming, material metering, filling, counting, sealing, feeding, limit stop and fixed-bag cutting.
