DXDK-150MII is designed for packaging a variety of products based on previous models, but with a distinctive feature in bag formation: all machines in this series feature a gusseting function, or lip-sealing, on the sides of the bag. The machines handle various heat-sealable composite materials, such as paper/PE, cellophane/PE, aluminum foil/PE, BOPP/PE, and nylon/PE. Machine configurations are customized based on customer requirements.
This packaging machine is designed for packaging free-flowing or granular products in the food, chemical, and medical industries, among others. A volumetric rotary doser with a dosing range of 50-150 ml is used as the dosing unit. The machine forms bags with a lip (flat bottom). Bag sizes can be selected from a range of lengths: 80-150 mm, width 30-110 mm. Additional options available: thermo-dating, stainless steel housing, additional forming collar, etc.
