DXDF-500MAX is designed for packaging a variety of products based on previous models, but with a distinctive feature in bag formation: all machines in this series feature a gusseting function, or side lining, for the bag. These machines handle various heat-sealable composite materials, such as paper/PE, cellophane/PE, aluminum foil/PE, BOPP/PE, and nylon/PE. Machine configurations are customized based on customer requirements.
The machine’s design is based on a screw filler, capable of dosing various powdered and non-free-flowing products, including spices, starch, extracts, chemical and medicinal powders. The dosing range is 100-500 ml into pillow-type bags with a lining (flat bottom). The machine is controlled via a PLC interface, allowing for easy operation and configuration. Optional stainless steel housing, thermal printer, additional bag former, Euro-cut, and other features are available.
