The HL-1650EF is a modern packaging equipment range designed to wrap various goods and cargo on pallets with stretch film. It is indispensable for operators, logistics companies, sorting stations, and more. The turntable diameter of this model is 1650 mm.
This model is equipped with an E-shaped turntable and a mechanical carriage with pre-stretching, which pre-stretches the stretch film. This function significantly reduces packaging material consumption by stretching the stretch film up to 250% of its original length. The stretch film tension is adjustable. Furthermore, thanks to the stretching effect, the tightest and highest-quality packaging is guaranteed.
Integrated photosensors and proximity sensors ensure packaging accuracy according to operator-set parameters. A modern human-machine interface (HMI) allows you to easily configure even complex packaging modes, with adjustable bottom and top layers. For example, when transporting goods in difficult conditions, an additional layer of film can be added to the bottom of the load. The turntable rotation speed is also controlled by the operator.
