DXDZ-800 is used for packing large volumes of small-piece products, such as lollipops, dragees, etc. The average packing speed is 200-250 packages per minute, but it can be more. The machine is equipped with an automatic drum feed mechanism, a frequency converter, an electronic control panel with an English-language interface. The shape of the packaged product can be different, not necessarily only round. The design of the machine uses electronic components of the brands OMRON, DELTA, SICK. DXDZ-800 is equipped with a photo sensor that regulates the position of the cut when using color film with photo markings, which ensures maximum clarity and correctness of the cutting line, so the pattern does not get lost.
