Working Principle
Usually, Small scale uses volume , big scale uses weighing:
Volume measurement: adjust the pulse value to change the number of revolutions of the filling screw, thereby changing the filling weight (the larger the pulse, the more material is fed). When filling, use an electronic scale to feedback the weight, and the system will automatically adjust the pulse value.
Weighing measurement: Adjust the set 2-level weight parameters of fast and slow (corresponding to the 2-level filling speed of fast and slow) to change the speed of the filling screw rotation, thereby adjusting the filling speed and accuracy:
(1) Fast filling, then start middle filling after reaching the “fast weight”
(2) Slow filling, stop filling after reaching the “slow weight”
