The ST-6050 shrink tank is used to pack various products (fresh meat, deli meats, cheeses, etc.) in vacuum packaging with a skin effect. Special vacuum shrink bags should be used for the shrink tank – when heated, such bags quickly reduce their area and as a result tightly fit the packaged product, taking its shape. The shrink tank is used in line with a vacuum packaging machine – the vacuum packer creates the primary vacuum package, then the bag with the product is placed on the tank platform and lowered into a container with hot water for 2-3 seconds, this time, as a rule, is enough for the package to shrink. The immersion time and water temperature can be adjusted, usually the water temperature is set at about 90 degrees. The tank volume is 140 liters, the maximum load should not exceed 100 kg, the platform immersion depth is 300 mm, the drive is electric.
