Performance Characteristics
The machine has reasonable design and novel structure, uses air clip traction, flat plate mold, positive pressure molding, feeding, stamping, one-stop synchronous pipeline operation, and has the excellent performance of stepless and adjustable machine tool guide rail stroke. The production process is intuitive, the operation and maintenance are convenient, the function is complete, and it has the following obvious characteristics:
- Transmission devices such as worm, worm, gear, and rack are used to shake the rocker handle, which can make various molds move left and right on the base guide rail and can adapt to the packaging of drugs with various block sizes.
- The PVC plastic sheet can be formed by using the opposite molding heating box for heating, only using the upper heating plate about 110 ° C and the lower heating plate about 100 ° C for preheating temperature. The heating is uniform, the bubble cover is straight, and the quality is excellent, which not only saves energy, but also ensures the molding quality.
- The work table adopts adjustable guide rail, which can adapt to various specifications of sections.
- The molds such as molding, heat sealing, and indentation are positioned with pins, the platens are compressed, the positioning is accurate, and the mold replacement is convenient.
- Customized deceleration motors, deceleration machines and motors are integrated. The output is a spline shaft at both ends, which is directly connected to the drive spindle. Compared with worm gear reducer, chain drive and belt drive, it has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, large output torque and long service life.
- For the independent servo traction system, the traction stroke can be arbitrarily set on the touch screen, and the operation is both accurate and simple.
