This machine adopts horizontal model and chain one-way transmission, with stable operation, high speed and wide regulation range. This product is applicable to the packaging of medicine board, bottle, hose, soap, poker and other pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and daily chemical industries, and its performance characteristics are as follows:
- It can automatically complete the folding of instructions for use, carton molding, opening, section boxing, batch number printing, sealing and other work. And optional hot melt adhesive system to complete hot melt adhesive sealing.
- The machine is controlled by PLC. Photoelectric monitoring of the action of various parts, abnormal operation, automatic shutdown to display the cause, in order to timely eliminate faults.
- The main drive motor and clutch brake are installed in the rack, and the torque overload protector of each part of the transmission system is installed on the rack, which can realize the separation of the main drive motor from each transmission part under the condition of overload and ensure the safety of the whole machine.
- The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. No material automatic specification, no paper box, easy to work with the front channel equipment. In the detection process, the waste products (no drug version, instructions for use) are found to be eliminated at the outlet to ensure that the product quality completely meets the qualified requirements.
- The machine can be used alone or in connection with blister packaging machine and other equipment to form a complete production line.
- According to the different use requirements of users, the machine can replace the packaging specifications, adjust and debug the production of simple varieties, and at the same time, it can meet the production of small batches and multiple varieties of users.
- Due to the variety of materials, in addition to the online conveyor belt for the automatic production line, there are the following ways for the feeding device supporting the machine to be selected:
- Cartridge servo bin: mainly designed for cartridge (similar to the shape of cartridge can also be used), with more storage. Servo motor is used to control the feeding time and quantity. It is convenient and easy to set and control on the touch screen;
- Bottle buffer plate: According to the characteristics of bottle shape, design disc platform and bottle tanks, promote the arrangement, storage and queuing of bottle materials in the buffer plate, and enter the boxing machine in an orderly manner;
- Granular and patching feeding device: The shape and size of such materials and the number of charges per box vary greatly, and the specific feeding form will vary. The main principle is to use the conveyor arrangement device and manipulator to grasp the material into the boxing machine, and use the automatic control means to complete the counting, superposition, removal, queue, and other functions in the process of arrangement or grasping;
- Other materials: The feeding device can be specially designed to complete the feeding according to the specific circumstances of special materials.
