Framework
Structural steel body, external 304 stainless steel layer, 304 stainless steel frame, adjustable foot.
Bottle delivery system
The bottle delivery system adopts 304 stainless steel star wheel, except the bottle star wheel, all the other star wheels are transported by card bottleneck and bottom support plate. The bottle is fed directly to the bottle star wheel by wind, which ensures the reliability of bottle operation and makes the replacement of bottle shape more convenient and fast.
Rotating bottle washing system
The flushing clamp hand adopts the stuck structure, does not contact the bottle mouth thread, grabs the bottle stably and reliably, and the flushing efficiency is high.

Rotary filling system
The contact parts with the product are 304 stainless steel, and the inner and outer surfaces of the filling cylinder are polished with mirror. The filling system adopts the way of lifting and lifting with filling cylinder and bottle to keep the filling system clean and hygienic. The filling mode is gravity filling, the filling speed is fast, and the filling liquid level can be controlled.

Rotary sealing system
The cap head adopts magnetic screw cap with overload protection function, and the tightening torque is stable and reliable. The cover of the cover machine shall be free of gnawing cover, high cover, skew cover and crimping. Rolling bearing structure is adopted for the sliding shaft of the cover, so that the guide alignment of the sliding shaft is good, and the qualified rate of sealing is high.

Bottle Cap finishing system
Horizontal pneumatic cover structure, 304 stainless steel cover bin, 304 stainless steel lower cover slot, cover compartment and lower cover slot with electronic cover-less detection system, automatic control of the cap feeder and the whole machine running speed. It can realize no bottle, no cover, lower cover, and no cover automatically stop.
Power system
With frequency conversion speed regulation, each moving mechanism is gear drive, running smoothly, each bottle wheel gear is oil nylon gear.
Electrical control system
Sealed electric control box, 304 stainless steel material, frequency conversion step-less speed regulation, the whole machine is controlled by PLC industrial computer, contact screen display. The whole machine has the function of bottle capping, no bottle capping and no bottle capping.
